  • Mortgage Prequalification from prospective buyer. Our team of mortgage brokers offers both full mortgage services and pre-qualification/approval only services. Some buyers and sellers do not want to be duty-bound to a particular mortgage company, but want to know if they are qualified to purchase a property. You as a seller should always require that the prospective buyer provide a pre-qualification letter before you sign a purchase agreement. This way you have some assurance that the buyer can afford the property before taking it off the market.

  • A CMA provides you with the most recent local sales, plus some details on the local area such as people, average income, schools, and recent home sales as well as basic information such as taxes and last selling price on the property for sale. Realtors use this report to help determine the best selling price for a home.
  • We provide you with a “For Sale” sign
  • Often buyers like to drive by areas where they may be interested in purchasing in search for properties. Signage will expose your property to all drive bys.
  • We provide you with a lockbox 
  • A lockbox will allow you to let realtors show your property when you are away. If you are at work or away for the weekend and a prospective buyer is interested in looking at your property, all you have to do is provide the lockbox combination and he can let himself in.
